Julie Desmond is a top voice in Talent Acquisition and Career Management and founder of Uptown Talent Partners, LLC. She provides career coaching for individuals, and collaborates with organizations to address TA challenges.

Julie received her BA in English and Writing from the University of Minnesota. She has earned certifications as a Staffing Professional (ASA), Career Coach (ICF) and Senior Human Resources Professional (SHRM-SCP). She is also a writer, artist and outdoors enthusiast. She has served on the Volunteer Advisory Board for Fairview Home Care and Hospice, and volunteers as a medical courier for National Marrow Donor Program.
