You’re ready to move fast, but you don’t need surprises.

Each company’s talent acquisition needs are unique. After our initial conversation, we’ll provide a summary and a proposal for services.

Generally, pricing looks like this:

  • Contingent search > 25-28% of first year base salary

  • Interim recruiting > $112-120/hour

  • Recruiter training > varies based on location, size of team and training complexity
