You at Your Best brings mind-opening artistic prompts together with engaging -and proven- coaching activities to help you uncover a clear vision and the unique solutions that have always been there, inside of you, hiding behind the structure and predictability of your demanding and ordinary days.

You at Your Best is a self-paced coaching program made up of five distinct steps that build on each other.
You can start or pause at any time. Most people take about 30 minutes to complete the entire program.
It works best if you don’t overthink it. Respond to the prompts with the first ideas that come to mind.

You at Your Best gives you new paths to pursue and new personas to try on. You will create an action plan that you can start to use as soon as you’re ready.
