IN THIS LESSON Start imagining the person you want to become.

Try on your traits.

Look over all the words you’ve written around your self-portrait so far.

  1. Which words describe traits that align with who you are when you are at your best? Circle these. Think about each one, maybe saying it aloud. Imagine whether it fits you when you are at your best. When you try it on, how does each trait feel? Where in your body do you feel each word?

  2. Where is there a disconnect? Where in your body do you feel these words when you say them out loud? Put a line through the words that don’t align with you at your best.

  3. Are there any noticeable gaps or missing traits? In the lower left section on your paper, jot any words you wish you were seeing, or that you feel are missing, based on what you’ve written so far.
