Identify alignments… and disconnects.

Look over all the words you’ve written around your self-portrait so far.

  1. Which words describe traits that align with who you are when you are at your best?

    • Circle the words that align.

    • Think about each one, maybe saying it aloud. Imagine whether it fits you when you are at your best.

    • When you try it on, how does each trait feel? Notice where in your body that you feel each word.

  2. Where is there a disconnect?

    • Cross out the words that don’t align with you at your best.

  3. Are there any noticeable gaps or missing traits?

    • On your self-portrait page, add any words you wish you were seeing, or that you feel are missing, based on what you’ve written so far.
