Identify alignments… and disconnects.
Look over all the words you’ve written around your self-portrait so far.
Which words describe traits that align with who you are when you are at your best?
Circle the words that align.
Think about each one, maybe saying it aloud. Imagine whether it fits you when you are at your best.
When you try it on, how does each trait feel? Notice where in your body that you feel each word.
Where is there a disconnect?
Cross out the words that don’t align with you at your best.
Are there any noticeable gaps or missing traits?
On your self-portrait page, add any words you wish you were seeing, or that you feel are missing, based on what you’ve written so far.
