IN THIS LESSON Take a walk through the possibilities you’ve uncovered. What would you like to try first? What if you do? What if you don’t?

Your creative warm-up for this lesson is to take a good look at your self-portrait and all the words you’ve used to describe your best version of YOU.

What would you like to try on?

  1. Look over your picture and the words you’ve circled all around it. These are all parts of the person you can become, if you choose.

  2. On a new page, start a clean list of all the words you’ve circled. This list is called The Collection.

  3. Read each word in The Collection aloud.

    • As you focus on one at a time, where in your body do you feel each word?

    • How could that trait or behavior serve you now, at this time in your life?

  4. Do some of the words in The Collection appeal to you more than others?

    • Which behaviors or traits of others would you like to adopt? Circle these words on your list.

    • Which of your own traits do you want to highlight or lean into? Circle these words on your list.
